180 Breweries Represented at Collab Fest

The Colorado Brewers Guild (CBG) has revealed that this year’s Collaboration Fest, scheduled for March 30, will feature an impressive lineup of 145 beers from over 180 different craft breweries. Collaboration Fest is the original collaboration beer festival, highlighting the unique and cooperative culture that defines Colorado’s craft beer scene. Established in 2014, the Colorado Brewers Guild fundraiser has recently earned the title of Best Beer Festival by the 2023 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice travel awards.

Shawnee Adelson, Executive Director of CBG, describes Collaboration Fest as “the largest gathering of Colorado craft breweries showcased at a single event,” likening it to a brewer’s party open to the public. Adelson expresses excitement about the opportunity to showcase the creativity and innovation that Guild members have poured into their creations, ranging from hoppy and European styles to contemporary twists on traditional favorites.

Collaboration Fest is set to take place on Saturday, March 30, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at The Westin Westminster (10600 Westminster Blvd, Westminster, CO 80020). Tickets are available online, with general admission priced at $65 plus fees and VIP tickets at $85 plus fees. Adelson encourages interested individuals to secure their tickets promptly, as they are selling quickly. Collaboration categories include Weird Beers, Beer Flavored Beers, Forgotten Styles, and Collabs Without Borders (out-of-state collabs).

Collaboration Fest was established in 2014 to support the Colorado Brewers Guild’s mission of promoting, protecting, and advancing Colorado craft beer. The event pairs Colorado Brewers Guild members with breweries near and far to craft unique, one-time-only beers for public enjoyment. Collaboration Fest celebrates the craft beer industry’s community, camaraderie, creativity, and, of course, craft beer.

The Colorado Brewers Guild (CBG) is a nonprofit trade association dedicated to promoting, protecting, and advancing independent craft breweries in Colorado. With the majority of the state’s 400+ licensed breweries and brewpubs as members, CBG advocates for the industry through advocacy, community-building, education, and public awareness initiatives.
