It suggested using this site to find out what people are searching for and posing as an expert in that subject. What is craft beer vs draft?
Draft beer is served from a keg (or cask), rather than from a bottle or can. Craft beer can bee served from a keg obviously, so the question is nonsense.
Craft beer is harder to define. The Brewers Association, the largest trade association for beer, defines a craft brewer as small and independent. That, of course, begs the definition of “small” and “independent.” You can read what they have to say about that, but don’t plan on it making much sense.

Cans are lighter and cheaper to ship. Generally, packaging in cans lets in more oxygen than bottling (which decreases shelf life) so many brewers preferred bottles, but technology has improved and shrunk that gap in recent years.
