Eden’s Harvest has launched a crowdfunding campaign on the Title3Funds platform, offering investors a chance to support their unique take on craft beer.
Earlier this year, Eden’s Harvest introduced its first two functional mushroom craft beers, creating the world’s first alcoholic brews infused with liquid extracts of single-source, sustainably harvested chaga from boreal forest birch trees in Alaska. Utilizing proprietary methods these beers have already hit the shelves in California, with plans for national distribution expansion throughout 2024. Additionally, the company is gearing up to introduce a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers, hard seltzers, and other adaptogen-powered drinks.
With a minimum investment of $100 Eden’s Harvest aims to raise over $1 million through this Regulation CF equity offering. Unlike platforms like Kickstarter, Title3Funds allows investors to acquire an actual stake in the company.
Joe Wallace, Founder of Eden’s Harvest, invites investors to support their efforts to harness the antioxidant power of chaga mushrooms. “People are beginning to expect more from their beverages, without sacrificing taste, and Eden’s Harvest delivers,” Wallace emphasizes.
The chaga mushrooms used by Eden’s Harvest are wild-harvested from Alaska through exclusive partnerships with native Inuit communities. Chaga mushrooms have a long history of use in traditional medicine, particularly in Siberia and Asia, and are known for their potential health benefits, including improved liver function, skin health, and antioxidant properties.
Eden’s Harvest’s Brewmaster, Chris Anderson, brings over two decades of brewing experience to the table, having started his journey in 1998 at Midnight Sun Brewing in Alaska. Established in 2022 in California, Eden’s Harvest leverages its founders’ extensive beverage industry experience, mushroom expertise, and award-winning craft beer background to innovate products that cater to consumers seeking more from their drinks.
