First Magnitude Announces Saltwater Intrusion Gose Release

A traditional Gose (pronounced “Go-suh”), this is a light colored and light bodied wheat ale. It has been soured with lactobacillus bacteria to produce the signature tartness of the style, and there is a very light salty character that balances the sourness. Fresh-ground coriander, another traditional ingredient, imparts a subtle, floral spiciness. At 3.8% ABV, this refreshing beer is perfect for warm spring days.

Look for Saltwater Intrusion in the taproom and in limited distribution around Gainesville. We will also be releasing Saltwater Intrustion in 6-packs later in the summer, and we will have a strawberry version brewed with local strawberries available on draft and in 500mL bottles in a few weeks!
