Great Divide Brewing Company and Vibe Concepts, prominent Colorado brands, are set to open a second location of Great Divide Brewing & Roadhouse in Lone Tree. The collaboration between the two beloved hospitality companies follows the success of their inaugural venture in Castle Rock in May 2020, marking the first licensing location of Great Divide outside Denver International Airport.
Despite facing challenging circumstances during its opening in Castle Rock, Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse exceeded expectations and garnered significant acclaim. Vibe Concepts Co-Founder Dan Shipp expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration with Great Divide, stating, “We can’t wait to bring standout beer, elevated comfort food, and unparalleled ambiance to the Lone Tree community.”
The new establishment will be situated on the ground floor of the Charles Schwab conference center, part of the global headquarters. Vibe Concepts enlisted the expertise of UNUM collaborative architecture firm and Jordy Construction to design and build the 8,200-sq-foot space. Featuring a massive mahogany bar under a copper ceiling, a heated four-season patio, and a private dining area for events, the space promises a unique and inviting atmosphere.
Vibe Concepts has ambitious plans for expansion, with a third Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse slated to open in 2025 in downtown Lakewood, Colo.’s Belmar shopping district.
Justin Adrian, Vibe Concepts Director of Operations, highlighted the exceptional offerings of Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse Lone Tree, stating, “Lone Tree is gaining an exceptional business lunch destination, brunch and dinner hotspot, and a gorgeous taproom.”
Executive Chef James Doxon will lead the culinary experience, offering elevated comfort food for brunch, lunch, and dinner. The menu includes a variety of classic sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, tacos, wings, and salads. Dinner options feature favorites like Chicken Pot Pie, Blackened Fish Tacos, Fish & Chips, and the renowned Fried Chicken, brined for 24 hours and cooked to order. Meat lovers can indulge in five-hour braised short rib, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Surf & Turf, and a 14-ounce sliced-to-order 1855 Prime Ribeye.
The modern brewpub will boast 14 Great Divide taps, with two taps dedicated to experimental, small batch beers brewed in Castle Rock. Additionally, patrons can enjoy a full wine and cocktail menu.
As the opening date approaches, the collaboration between Great Divide Brewing Company and Vibe Concepts anticipates creating a vibrant neighborhood eatery and fostering lifelong fans of Vibe Concepts in the Lone Tree community.
