Melvin Brewing has unveiled its latest offering, Cryoglyphics, in its ongoing series of rotating Imperial IPAs. This 8.5% ABV beer is brewed exclusively with Cryo Hops® and is now available in 16 oz cans and on draft throughout Melvin’s distribution network.
Cryoglyphics features a distinct blend of tropical citrus and stone fruit flavors, aiming to offer a unique and refreshing experience with each sip. The beer’s name, a nod to the Cryo hops used in the brewing process, also references the hip-hop group Hieroglyphics, reflecting the brewery’s creative approach to naming.
Travis Cook, Marketing Director of Pure Madness Brewery Group, commented on the launch, noting that the brewery is constantly experimenting with new hop products and brewing techniques. “Cryo hops allow us to enhance the aroma and flavor of our IPAs without adding excessive bitterness or vegetal notes,” Cook explained. “This particular blend from YCH stands out with its bright, fruity flavors.”
