Modern Times Beer announced its latest year-round offering, the Radiant Glow Hazy Ale, a sessionable brew with a 4.6% ABV. Boasting a delightful combination of citrus and tropical fruit notes complemented by a subtle pine undertone, this new addition is set to become a staple in the brewery’s lineup.
Crafted from a carefully curated grain bill consisting of 2 Row, White Wheat, Flaked Oats, and Caraform, Radiant Glow achieves a smooth and hazy profile, delivering a surprisingly full body given its lower alcohol content. The beer’s flavor profile is enriched by the inclusion of Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and HBC 630, which contribute classic citrus peel and fruit notes. Additionally, Centennial hops lend a touch of pine flavor, coupled with an old-school hop bite.
Justin Holmes, New Projects Manager at Modern Times Beer, expressed his enthusiasm for the new release, stating, “This beer is insanely drinkable, refreshing, and bursting at the seams with bright fruit and fresh orange characteristics.”
Radiant Glow is now available in 6-packs of 12oz cans and on draft. Beer enthusiasts can also anticipate finding it as part of Modern Times’ Mixed Pack of Radness this spring. The beer is currently accessible at Modern Times taprooms in Point Loma, North Park, and Encinitas. For those in California and Oregon, online orders are available with plans to expand to other retailers soon.
