Widmer Brothers Brewing is set to launch its new Hefe Variety 12 Pack. They aim to highlight the versatility of wheat in brewing with this new offering. The Hefe Variety Pack includes the brewery’s flagship Hefe along with Imperial Hefe, Widberry Hefe, and Apricot Hefe, expanding the Hefe brand family for the first time since the launch of Imperial Hefe last year.
With floral notes of citrus, a naturally cloudy body, and a refreshing finish, Hefe boasts an ABV of 4.9%. Imperial Hefe, a bigger version of the original, features a higher ABV of 8.0% and prominent tropical hop notes while maintaining a smooth and elegant balance. Widberry Hefe combines the flavors of juicy blackberries with the signature wheat beer, offering a refreshingly smooth and fruity drinking experience. Apricot Hefe, initially introduced as Velvet Summer in 2023, is now available year-round. Brewed with sun-kissed apricots, it delivers a refreshingly fruity and bright flavor profile.
Kaylen Gibbens, Widmer Brothers Brewmaster, emphasized the pack’s homage to the original Hefe while showcasing flavorful variations. The Hefe Variety Pack is available across the Pacific Northwest in major retail outlets, offering classics alongside modern spins on beloved beers. Founded in 1984 by Kurt and Rob Widmer, Widmer Brothers Brewing celebrates its 40th Anniversary in 2024.
