Tröegs Independent Brewing has completed the second year of its Perpetual Giving campaign, a collaboration with Feeding Pennsylvania aimed at supporting local food pantries. Since launching in 2023, the initiative has raised over $40,000 for the hunger relief organization.
The Hershey, PA-based brewery donates a portion of holiday season sales from its Perpetual IPA—Pennsylvania’s best-selling craft beer—to Feeding Pennsylvania. The effort is part of Tröegs’ broader Aletruism program, which supports community causes.
“We always look for ways to make our corner of the world a better place, and this partnership is a testament to our belief that good beer brings out the good in people,” said Chris Trogner, co-founder of Tröegs.
Feeding Pennsylvania’s network of food banks serves more than 1.5 million residents across all 67 counties. According to CEO Julie Bancroft, partnerships like this help strengthen the organization’s ability to assist individuals and families facing food insecurity.
Every dollar donated to Feeding Pennsylvania provides roughly ten meals, making efforts like Perpetual Giving a valuable contribution to fighting hunger in the state.
